IMPLEMENTATION NOTICE · 19 OCTOBER 2026 · OPERATOR REVIEW PENDING

The current implementation

This build does not intentionally set cookies for advertising, analytics, profiling or marketing. It does not embed a tracking-based chat widget. The service and guide filters use temporary React state, and the enquiry form does not save its draft to localStorage or sessionStorage. Refreshing the page clears those temporary selections and drafts.

Clipboard access is separate

The “Copy message” button asks the browser to copy your prepared enquiry to the clipboard. This is a user-triggered clipboard action, not a cookie. Your browser may permit or block it. If blocked, the text remains visible so you can select and copy it yourself. Other applications on your device may have their own clipboard behaviours.

Links to other services

Opening WhatsApp or GOV.UK leaves this website. Those services can use their own cookies and other technologies under their own policies. No WhatsApp page or script is loaded into this website before you follow the link. Images and application assets in the deployment package are served locally rather than through an embedded social-media widget.

Hosting must be checked at launch

The deployed host, CDN or security layer may add cookies that are not present in the source application. The operator should inspect the actual live response and browser storage before approving this statement. If non-essential analytics or advertising is added later, reassess consent requirements and update this page before enabling the feature.

Your browser controls

You can manage cookies and site permissions in your browser settings. Blocking JavaScript affects search filters and the enquiry-message composer, but ordinary service pages and the direct WhatsApp links remain accessible. For an alternative to the form, use the direct chat link on the contact page.
