IMPLEMENTATION NOTICE · 19 OCTOBER 2026 · OPERATOR REVIEW PENDING
Designed for a broad range of visitors
This website uses semantic page landmarks, a skip-to-content link, descriptive headings and links, visible keyboard focus and native FAQ disclosures. Forms have visible labels and browser validation. Navigation, service filters and guide search can be operated with a keyboard. Informational content does not depend on animation.
Responsive reading and reduced motion
Layouts adapt to smaller screens, grids reduce their column count, and mobile navigation has a separate expandable view. The stylesheet respects the reduced-motion preference. Text can be enlarged using browser zoom. If horizontal scrolling or clipped text occurs at your settings, please report the page and what you were trying to do.
Forms and third-party services
The message composer requires JavaScript, and clipboard access can be blocked by browser permissions. A visible message field provides a manual-copy fallback. The direct WhatsApp link is available independently of the form. WhatsApp’s app or website has its own accessibility characteristics; this site does not control that interface.
Verification limits
The implemented features are intended to support accessible use, but they do not by themselves establish WCAG conformance. A formal assistive-technology audit, user testing and testing of the final hosted environment remain necessary before making a conformance claim. The release QA report records which automated and visual checks were actually completed.
Report an access problem
Use the WhatsApp link on the contact page and describe the page, device, browser, assistive technology if relevant, and the step that failed. Do not include sensitive case documents in an accessibility report. A separate accessible contact channel should be added once the operator supplies a verified email or telephone number.
